Scope of Service:

The Cybersecurity Coaching service is designed to provide education and training to individuals or businesses seeking to improve their cybersecurity and professional skills. The service includes online coaching sessions, instructional materials, and other resources as deemed necessary by the coach.

Payment:

Payment for the cybersecurity coaching service must be made in full before the coaching sessions begin. Payment can be made through a secure online payment portal or by check.

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted only in the event that the coaching sessions are cancelled by the coach due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be granted for any other reason.

Schedule:

Coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the coach and the client. The coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel coaching sessions with reasonable notice.

Confidentiality:

All coaching sessions and materials provided by the coach are confidential and will not be shared with any third party without the client's consent.

Limitation of Liability:

The coach is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the client's use of any information or resources provided during the coaching sessions.

Termination:

The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching service if the client violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the coaching service is provided.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of the cybersecurity coaching service and agree to be bound by them.
