Service Description
1. In a 20-minute introduction session, the Coach and You will get to know each other and determine if you are a good fit for the coaching relationship. The Coach will ask You open-ended questions to understand Your goals and needs, and based on this information, the Coach will propose a coaching program tailored to the your needs. The session will end with the Coach summarizing the understanding of the Your situation and goals, and ensuring that the You understand the coaching process and what to expect going forward. 2. A coaching session (Coach and You ) over Zoom typically lasts between 30-45 minutes connecting via video conference. The session will begin with the Coach and You reviewing the your progress since the previous session and discussing any challenges or successes you have experienced. The Coach will then guide the You through a series of open-ended questions and exercises designed to help You gain clarity and insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This may involve exploring limiting beliefs, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and setting goals for the future. Throughout the session, the Coach will provide guidance and support, helping You develop strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving your goals. The Coach may also provide feedback and offer new perspectives to help You gain a deeper understanding of their situation. At the end of the session, the Coach and You will review what was discussed and identify action steps for the client to take before the next session. The Coach may also provide additional resources or exercises for You to work on between sessions. Overall, a coaching session over Zoom provides a convenient and effective way for the Coach and You to connect, regardless of their location. Through open-ended questions, exercises, and guidance, the Coach can help You achieve your goals and develop new skills and insights.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your consulting appointment. However, in order to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the original consultation fee. Emergencies: In the event of a genuine emergency or unforeseeable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will consider each case on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation fee. Refunds: Refunds are not offered for cancellations, but if you need to cancel your appointment and give us more than 24 hours' notice, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation at a time that is convenient for you. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service for all of our clients.
