Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your consulting appointment. However, in order to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the original consultation fee. Emergencies: In the event of a genuine emergency or unforeseeable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will consider each case on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation fee. Refunds: Refunds are not offered for cancellations, but if you need to cancel your appointment and give us more than 24 hours' notice, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation at a time that is convenient for you.
